Container pentru deseuri periculoase si poluante - structura confectionata din otel carbon foarte flexibil, cu placi situate direct pe sol. Din motive de siguranta containerul este echipat cu bazin de colectare perfect etans, astfel prevenindu-se poluarile solului in caz de scurgeri accidentale. Dimensiunile, tolerantele, greutate, finisajele sunt in conform normelor UNI.
In functie de model containerele pot avea urmatoarele caracteristici:
» model din otel: panouri din otel carbon, indoit si flansat, armat in interior.
» model insulat: panou izolant de 40 mm grosime, otel-poliuretan-otel, tratat impotriva incalzitii excesive, creaza un mediu optim interior/exterior, proprietati de autostingere
» model REI: panou sadnwich ingnifuge 100 mm (otel-vata minerala-otel) certificat REI 120 de catre Ministerul Italian n. C.S.I.0640RF
Strat exterior:
Fosfatare pentru decapare si degresare.
Rasini epoxidice de inalta calitate, antirugina
Finisare cu pigmenti de poliuretan
Sigilarea tuturor marginilor cu ploimeri elastomeri modificati pentru rezistenta protermica
Bazin de colectare:
Echipat cu gratar din otel carbon cu manere de incarcare
Usile:
Deschidere dubla sau pliante (din acelasi material ca si panourile laterale).

Teste:
Inregistrarea si procesul de testare efectuat cu incarcare maxima timp de 48 de ore la presiune atmosferica si temperatura camerei
Proiectul si protocolul tehnicin conformitate cu regulamentul CE
